this week in math we learned about complex fractions. you divide the fractions. In ela I leaned about simple and compound sentences. also in science I excavated chocolate chips out of cookies and pretended they were fossils. In history we learned about Queen Victoria. Her wedding dress was white and usually wedding dresses back then were brightly colored but hers was so pretty that it became tradition.

This week in ElA I read a chapter of my book called rudi. It's about a rudi finally getting treated nicely. also this week in math I learned about solving equations and distributive property. I learned a fun way to do the distributive property. this week in science we played a game where we put the layers of rock in order.

Complementary angles are angles that add up to 90 and supplementary angles are angles that add up to 180. also this week in ELa I started a new book called rudi about a boy that wasn't all that intelligent. It is an uplifting story. this week in science we learned about simple machines. some of the machines we learned about are a wedge and a lever.

In science I learned about muscles. your abbs are called abdomen. In history I learned about hyroglifics. hyroglifics have 700 symbol.

this week in math I learned about long division i was  pretty good at it. Also in ELA I learned about adverb and adjectives. an adjective describes a noun. a adverb describes a verb. in science we learned about the heart. the heart pumps more blood when you exercise. in history I learned about Issac and Abraham. Abraham got a call from God to sacrifice his only son Issac. It was fun learning about all of this.

In science I learned about the structure of a cell. one of the parts of the cell is  lysosomes. its job is to clean the out the dead parts in the cell. in history I learned about the creation of the earth

I went around the class asking people about their favorite snack to bring on a  hike and made a graph. also in ELA I read a book called blind brother. it is about a blind boy who works in the mines. in Science I learned about the digestive system. we put bread and vinegar in a bag to act like a stomach. in history I learned about cane and Abel. I learned that cane killed Abel out of anger.
